4th of July

Hannah wanted her picture taken on Emma's bench, she posed for several but this one was my favorite.

The girls are old enough to do sparklers but evidently not old enough to stay up until dark! If only we had known the LL Bean fireworks display could be seen from Emma's house and/or the neighbor was going to put on a show of his own we would have kept them up for it. Instead Paul & I went to the movies, um when was the last time that happened?!

Remarkable that Danielle didn't panic over the flames-she has a real fear of fire. We were very proud of her!

Nate's Birthday

The girls were excited to celebrate Nate's 6th

birthday. I don't think he needed another Webkin, but

they insisted and he was pretty pumped!

Can Brenna really be 8 already? She is so good with the girls-they adore her! She is always giving them toys she no longer plays with and they have always worn her hand me downs with pride!

BUSCH GARDENS GIRLS

Today was our first day at Busch Gardens! The girls had a blast on all the rides, and all enjoyed getting wet on Pompei! They were fascinated with the fake fire and Paul's story about the history behind Pompei.

Kevin, Corrie & Lily visit!

Danielle finally called it quits with the long hair. We are currently doing twice a week swim lessons and after brushing & drying her hair she said "That's it I'm all done with long hair." The very next day she was dressing as Belle and thought it would be so nice to have her long hair back. She has mentioned a few times she wishes she could have it short for only one day.

Going to see Chelsea

We had a fantastic time visiting Chelsea in Richmond. Her team did a beautiful job at the skating competition. All around it was a fun filled day.

Amy & Emily visit

We had a fantastic visit with Amy & Emily. The only downside-they brought frigid temperatures with them!
